RETAS is a small grassroots charity carrying out crucial front-line work to support the needs of refugees and asylum seekers in Leeds, Bradford and Wakefield. While our projects receive funding from several different sources, this funding is naturally confined to time-frames and distributions laid out in our proposals. As such, RETAS deeply appreciates the support of our community and relies on the generosity of others in order to go above and beyond our standard project work and to ensure that projects are long-lasting.

About UsEstablished in 2002, RETAS (Refugee Education Training Advice Service) has a vision to see all refugees, asylum seekers and other vulnerable migrants to feel welcome and supported to fully integrate into society.
We provide assistance with access to education, re-qualification, training and employment to help them better integrate in their communities. We strive to build confidence and hope in our service users, and empower them to build a safe and secure life here in the UK. |
